SPARTANHUB currently delivers exclusively to delivery addresses in the DACH region (Switzerland, Germany, Austria).

Delivery is free regardless of the order value! (Switzerland-wide)

Delivery takes 3-5 days to Swiss addresses and 7-12 days to Germany/Austria. Your goods will be delivered via Swiss Post. Customs duties may apply to shipments to Germany or Austria.

Please check your package for damage upon delivery and have the delivery driver acknowledge any damage in writing. This will allow us to process a hassle-free refund or reshipment to you.

If you provide an incorrect address when placing your order, you will bear the costs for the reshipment that becomes necessary due to the return of the incorrectly addressed goods.

  3. Labeling of the shipment: Please clearly label the shipment with your name or order number so that we can process the return quickly and correctly.
